Live interview setup
Setting up a live video interview requires a few key components to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.
Set up permissions
When you first enter the interview from the foyer, you will be prompted to set up your device permissions for the interview. You should see a browser popup that will ask you to give microphone and camera permissions.
From the browser popup:
- Select Allow to give permission to both your camera and microphone
Note: If have previously completed an interview on the same device, you may not see the permissions popup as the settings may have already been saved your browser settings.
Successfully giving permissions will direct you to the Ready to Join page.
Blocked permissions
If either your microphone or speaker permissions have been blocked, you will see the Blocked Permissions page.
