Legacy reporting

The legacy reports within Reporting provide you with Microsoft Excel reports that you can either use as-is or customize to fit your needs. Generating each type of report will create a downloaded Excel report with a variety of useful tabular reports.

Report types

Activity Report

Activity sub-report descriptions
  • Activity Report - Usage across all interview types during the time period selected.
  • Recruiter Activity - Usage across all interview types (by recruiter).
  • Monthly Recruiter Activity - Usage across all interview types, by recruiter and month usage occurred.
  • Monthly Activity - Usage across all interview types during the time period selected, by month.
  • Job Activity - Usage across all interview types (by job).
  • Monthly Job Activity - Usage across all interview types, by job and month usage occurred

On-Demand Report

On-Demand sub-report descriptions
  • Overall Status - On-Demand usage during the time period selected.
  • Status by Recruiter - On-Demand usage (by recruiter).
  • Job Status Over Time - On-Demand usage, by job and month (if applicable).
  • Average Submission Time - The average length of time for candidates to complete an On-Demand interview (in hours), by job.
  • Status by Job - On-Demand usage, by job (data).
  • Invite Method - The method by which candidates were invited to their On-Demand interview.
  • Submission Method - The method candidates used to submit their On-Demand Video interview during the selected time period.
  • Status by Job - On-Demand usage, by job (graph).

Events Report

Events sub-report descriptions
  • Event Summary - Event manager usage during the time period selected.
  • Requests by Recruiter - Event manager usage, by recruiter.
  • Invite Method by Recruiter - The method by which candidates were invited to schedule their Live interview (by recruiter).
  • Requests by Job - Event manager usage, by job.
  • Invite Method by Job - The method by which candidates were invited to schedule their live interview (by job).
  • Average Time to Schedule - Average time (in hours) for a candidate to self schedule an interview.

Note: You can modify any of the above reports by adjusting the sort/filter columns or generating new reports from the DataSet tab.
