Question Library
The Question Library is a repository of interview questions you can use when building jobs or job templates for on-demand and live interviews. Questions can be manually added or imported into the Question Library and then edited, duplicated, or archived. With the Question Library, you can design all aspects of interview questions and reuse them across the Hirevue application. You can quickly create effective interview guides with proven and consistent questions incorporating Hirevue's proprietary review instructions and scoring scales.
Questions added to the Question Library are restricted to your organization as the Question Library honors application hierarchy. Questions added or imported into a parent application will be available in any children applications. Questions added or imported in the parent application are not editable in the child application, but they can be archived or duplicated. Questions added or imported in children applications are not available in the parent application.
Accessing the Question Library
The Question Library can be accessed from the Admin menu in the main Hirevue menu bar. From the Question Library page, you can sort and filter existing questions, view questions and associated details, create new questions, or import a spreadsheet of existing questions.
Questions added to your Question Library are used only for your organization and adhere to any established parent-child relationships in your application. Once added to the Question Library, questions are available for selection when configuring jobs and job templates.
