High priority tiles
High Priority tiles summarize the activity that has recently occurred with your assigned on-demand and live interviews. You can use these tiles to quickly check the status of your recruiting tasks or to link to related pages where you can take action on any outstanding items.
Tiles within the High Priority section are grouped into the following categories, each of which is explained later in this topic:
- On-demand tiles (video, voice, and text)
- Scheduling tiles
- Live tiles
The following image is an example of a Scheduling tile that shows you the number of candidates who have been invited to self-schedule for an interview, but that haven't done so. Within this tile, you can view the number of candidates that have not self-scheduled, and then you can click that number to open the Events page. On the Events page, you can review the scheduling activity within HireVue and perform follow up actions if necessary.
High Priority tiles
On-demand video, voice, and text tiles
On-demand video, on-demand voice, and on-demand text tiles display information about your assigned interviews that may require your immediate attention. Use these tiles to create a snapshot of Hirevue activity that you want to view each day in order to keep your recruiting tasks moving forward.
Use the following tiles to monitor on-demand video, on-demand voice, and on-demand text interviews to which you are assigned:
- Submitted last 72 hours: Displays the number of on-demand interviews submitted by candidates with the last 72 hours. Click the number link to open the on-demand page, where you can review the submitted interviews of the selected candidates.
- Not reviewed by hiring manager: Displays the number of on-demand interviews that you forwarded to hiring managers for review within the last two weeks, and that the hiring managers did not submit. Click the number link to open the On-Demand page, where you can view and re-forward the unreviewed interviews.
- Reviews completed last 72 Hours: Displays the number of reviews that have been submitted for on-demand interviews within the last 72 hours. Click the number link to open the On-Demand page, where you can click the Review All Ratings icon (
) to view the submitted reviews.
Scheduling tiles
Scheduling tiles display information about interviews for which you have invited candidates to self-schedule, but they have not yet done so. Monitor scheduling tiles to ensure that candidates can, and are, successfully self-scheduling interviews.
Use the following tiles to monitor self-schedule requests that you sent:
- Candidates haven't scheduled: Displays the number of self-schedule requests that you sent to candidates who did not yet select interview times. Click the number link to open the Events page, where you can view a list of events where candidates have not scheduled interviews.
Live tiles
Live tiles display information about live interviews that you either scheduled or are attending. You can monitor live tiles if you want to be reminded of your upcoming interviews or if you want to be notified when reviews are submitted for interviews that you scheduled.
Use the following tiles to monitor live interviews to which you are assigned:
- My interviews next 5 days: Displays the number of interviews that you are attending within the next five days. Click the number link to open the Live page, where you can review your scheduled interviews.
- Scheduled next 5 days: Displays the number of interviews that you scheduled, but are not attending within the next five days. Click the number link to open the Live page, where you can review the scheduled interviews.
- Reviews submitted last 72 hours: Displays the number of reviews that have been submitted for your live interviews within the last 72 hours. Click the number link to open the On-Demand page, where you can click the Review All Ratings icon (
) to view the submitted reviews.
