Hirevue dashboard
Your Hirevue dashboard is a collection of graphical tiles and resources that you can customize to give you insight into the activities, actions, and trends that have the greatest impact on your work day. Information that appears on your dashboard is specific to the interviews and events to which you are assigned, which means that your dashboard only displays information relevant to you.
You can display tiles on your dashboard that provide status updates and information about the interviews you are currently managing, or that highlight the tasks you need to follow up on each day. You can hide tiles that you no longer want to view, or move tiles around the dashboard to create a customized view.
Data shown in dashboard tiles updates each time that you open the dashboard page or refresh your browser.
Dashboard tiles are grouped into the following categories:
- High Priority - Tiles that show the status and progress of the interviews for which you are recruiting. High Priority tiles provide a snapshot of your recruiting activity and tasks, which helps you understand what you need to do each day to achieve your recruiting goals. - Insights - Tiles that show your recruiting progress and trends over time. For more information, see Insights tiles.
The dashboard also contains a Resources section to provide you with quick links to additional resources within HireVue. You can use the resource links as shortcuts to quickly access pages that help you accomplish some common tasks within HireVue. For more information, see Resources.
Working with the dashboard
View the dashboard or Return to the dashboard
Your dashboard appears automatically when you first log into Hirevue.
Once you begin working in Hirevue, you can click the logo in the top left of the main header to return to the dashboard at any time.
Add or remove High Priority and Insights tiles
When you log into the dashboard for the first time, the system displays all available tiles within the High Priority and Insights areas. After reviewing the tiles, you can remove those that you do not want to view each time you log in. If you want to add tiles that you previously removed, you can easily add them again at any time.
When you add or remove tiles, Hirevue automatically saves your setting and displays the tiles accordingly the next time that you log in.
To add or remove tiles, click the Settings icon next to the section title. In the Add/ Remove Tiles pop-up window, move the toggle switch to ON to add the tile, or move it to OFF to remove the tile.
