Analytics
The new Analytics provides comprehensive reporting in platform that gives you insights surrounding your recruiting processes.
Some advantages of Analytics:
- You can see the time it takes for candidates to move from initial invitation, to started, to completed, and eventually moved into the appropriate status.
- You can filter their data to show conversion rates based on different recruiters, job templates, assessments, and interview types.
- You can review how long it takes for a candidate to complete an assessment.
- You can download your data and link it with your ATS data by (Candidate) External ID.

Access and data
Users with platform reporting access can access Analytics.
Each client application is separate in Analytics. Data does not flow down from parent to child and there is no way to group client applications together and pull reports all at once.
Users can only see data associated with their user groups.
All historic data (active and archived) is represented within Analytics.
