Analytics export field definitions

When you choose to download an Analytics export via the Queue Export function on the Analytics page, a .csv file will download to your device with your filtered fields and values in columns. The column names are listed below with a brief description and the possible data options for that column.

Assessments and On-Demand

Hostname

The application name.

InterviewId

The internally assigned interview ID.

Status

The interview's status. Possible values:

  • Invited - Candidate was invited to the interview, but has not yet begun.
  • Started - Candidate was invited to the interview, and has begun the interview.
  • Completed - Candidate interviews receive a completed status when the interview is complete.
  • Advanced - Candidate was advanced to the next interview stage.
  • Expired - Candidate was invited to an interview, but that interview is now expired. The candidate did not complete the interview.
    • Interviews expire when either the:
      • Candidate submission deadline is passed, or
      • The interview stage has expired.
  • Canceled - Candidate was invited to an interview that was canceled.

CandidateExternalId

This is the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ID.

CandidateId

This is the HireVue Internal candidate ID.

CandidateEmail

Candidate's email. This will be blank if it has been purged from system.

InterviewType

InterviewType: On-Demand Web/Video, On-Demand Phone, On-Demand Text.

JobId

HireVue Internally assigned Job ID.

JobRequisition

The requisition number passed from ATS or provided at job creation.

JobTitle

The job title passed from ATS or provided at job creation.

JobTemplate

Name of highest-level job parent (often created by cloning a job or job template).

JobTemplateId

ID of highest-level job parent.

RecruiterName

Name of recruiter assigned to the requisition.

InvitingRecruiter

Name of recruiter that invited candidate.

Department

Department assigned to requisition.

Job Groups

If defined, data in this field identifies job groups associated with both the job and the export requester.

Candidate Groups

If defined, data in this field identifies candidate groups associated with both the candidate and the export requester.

StageNumber

The stage sequence in job.

StageName

Name of stage in the job configuration.

AssessmentName

Name of the assessment (platform or embedded).

AssessmentId

ID of the assessment (platform or embedded).

AssessmentProviderName

The name of the assessment provider. For example, ModernHire, VJT (embedded legacy), Sova, Traitify, etc.

AssessmentScore

The score received on the assessment (platform or embedded).

AssessmentScaleSize

The range or possible score of assessment.

AI scoredcored

Applies to AI scored Ranked Recommendations only.

Partial score

Unable to score 1 question, others are still scored.

Unable to score

Unable to score because candidate did not consent or responses were too short or the accuracy threshold was not met.

True

Scored by AI successfully.

DefaultJobLanguage

The language selected when configuring the job.

JobLocation

The location of the job entered when configuring the job.

JobCreationMethod

The method of job creation. Possible values:

  • Clone
  • Recruiter
  • System (ATS)
  • Import

AnotherStage

True or False. Further stages available at time of invitation to interview.

IsClone

True or False. Identifies if the interview or assessment was cloned.

ClaimedExemption

True or False. Identifies if the candidate claimed a stage exemption.

IsExempt

True or False. Identifies if recruiter honors exemption (True) or rejects exemption- resetting interview (False).

InterviewQuestionsInStage

The count of interview tech questions in stage.

CandidateResponseScore

The recorded candidate score of interview tech questions.

PossibleAnswerScore

The maximum possible score of interview tech questions.

IntroVideo

True/False. Identifies if an Intro Video was recorded with interview.

RJPName

Name of the Realistic Job Preview in the interview.

CandidateBrowser

Candidate's browser type at the time of last question submission.

Note: Only available for platform assessments currently.

CandidateDeviceType

Candidate's device type at the time of last question submission.

Note: Only available for platform assessments currently.

JobCreated

The datetime stamp of Job creation (UTC).

Invited

The datetime stamp of interview creation (UTC).

Interviews are often created during initial invitation OR when a candidate is passed to the ModernHire platform via ATS workflow.

StageStarted

The datetime stamp of the first interaction with the interview (UTC).

RJPStarted

The datetime stamp of the first interaction with the Realistic Job Preview (UTC).

RJPCompleted

The datetime stamp of Realistic Job Preview completion (UTC).

AssessmentStarted

The datetime stamp of the first interaction with assessments (UTC).

AssessmentCompleted

The datetime stamp of assessment completion (UTC).

Submitted

The datetime stamp of interview submission (UTC).

FirstReviewed

The datetime stamp of first review submission (UTC).

Advanced

The datetime stamp of advancement to the next stage (UTC).

ReviewCount

The count of reviews submitted.

AvgReviewScore

The average of all review scores for the interview.

AvgReviewRating

The average of all review ratings for the interview.

AvgReviewRecommendation

The average of all recommendations (positive = 1, negative=0).

PossibleReviewScore

The maximum possible review score for the interview.

ReviewerName(n)

The nth reviewer's name.

ReviewerRating(n)

The nth reviewer's rating.

ReviewerRecommendation(n)

The nth reviewer's recommendation.

ReviewerScore(n)

The nth reviewer's score.

ReviewerOverallFeedback(n)

The nth reviewer's comments/feedback for the interview.

Live

Note: Every record in a Live export represents either one interview or one scheduling request (or pending interview).

Pending interview - When a candidate is added to a live interview stage, but manual scheduling is not complete yet.

Scheduling Request - When a candidate is asked to self-schedule an interview via scheduling assistant or event.

 

Hostname

The application name.

InterviewId

The internally assigned interview ID.

Status

The interview's status. Possible values:

  • Needs to Schedule – Candidate was added to a manually schedule live interview but the interview has not been scheduled.

     

  • Waiting for Interviewer – Candidate was added to a live interview with scheduling assistant but interviewer lacks availability.
  • Waiting on candidate - Candidate was invited to the interview but has not yet scheduled.
  • Scheduled – Interview has been scheduled but has not yet occurred.
  • Reviewed - Candidate interview has been reviewed.
  • Interviewed - Candidate interview is complete.
  • Advanced - Candidate was advanced to the next interview stage.
  • Expired - Candidate was invited to an interview, but that interview is now expired. The candidate did not complete the interview.
    • Interviews expire when either the:
      • Candidate scheduling deadline is passed, or
      • The interview stage has expired.
  • Canceled - Candidate was invited to an interview that was canceled.

CandidateExternalId

  • Meetings are not included in Analytics because they lack associated workflow data.

The job title passed from ATS or provided at job creation.

JobTemplate

Name of highest-level job parent (often created by cloning a job or job template).

Name of recruiter that invited candidate.

Scheduling Method: Event, Manual, Scheduling Assistant.

SelfScheduleEventId

The ID of the event.

Canceled

If the interview is canceled, displays the date and time. This appears for interviews in canceled status.

CandidateRescheduledOn

If the interview is rescheduled, displays the date and time. When an interview is rescheduled, the originally scheduled interview is canceled and a new interview is created. The original interview will have a a status of canceled and a timestamp, "CandidateRescheduleOn" showing when the candidate rescheduled.

NoShow

Candidates can be marked as 'No Show' for Phone and In Person interviews when they don’t attend the interview. TRUE or FALSE.

Invitees

A pipe ("|") separated list of users invited to attend an interview. Note: The word 'Candidate' is used as a placeholder for the candidate's actual identity.

Attendees

A pipe ("|") separated list of users that attended the interview. Note: The word 'Candidate' is used as a placeholder for the candidate's actual identity.

  • For In Person or Phone interviews, only the candidate is marked as an attendee based on the NoShowFlag.
  • Live Video interviews conducted with HireVue’s video platform will list all interview attendees. Attendees are listed once each time they join the interview. Live Video interviews conducted with 3rd party video providers (Zoom, Webex, Teams) will have no attendee data.

AdditionalParticipants

A pipe ("|") separated list of users chosen to be notified when an interview is scheduled.

DefaultJobLanguage

The language selected when configuring the job.

JobLocation

The location of the job entered when configuring the job.

JobCountry

The country of the job.

JobCreationMethod

The method of job creation. Possible values:

  • Clone
  • Recruiter
