Invite candidates to on-demand interviews

Once you set up an on-demand video, voice, or in person interview stage, then every candidate that you add to the stage will be automatically invited to the interview.

To invite candidates to on-demand interviews

1. Add the candidate that you want to invite to the interview stage.

   1. Click Jobs on the main Hirevue menu bar.
   2. On the Jobs page, click the job that you want to open. The job opens in the Job Summary view.
   3. On the Progress Bar, select the on-demand interview stage to which you want to invite the candidate.
   4. Click Add Candidate to Job.
   5. Select one of the available options to add the candidate that you want to schedule to the job.
2. The candidate is automatically invited to the interview and will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to connect to the interview. You can monitor the Candidate Details panel for the submission status.
