Review page (on-demand interviews)
The Review page lets you review and provide ratings and feedback for submitted on-demand candidate interviews. You can access this page from any of the following places:
- Email that you receive when a candidate submits their interview.
- Email that you receive when a recruiter sends an on-demand interview for your review.

icon next to the candidate interview).
- Job summary page (selecting See Interview from within the action menu of the candidate interview).
The following image displays the Review page for on-demand interviews. See the following drop-down content for more information about each numbered area.
1 - Review tabs
Tabs that contain the following interview content:
- Summary - Contains the candidate's introduction video and contact information, along with a table that summarizes the candidate's interview responses. Within the Responses table, you can click a video link next to each response to jump to the portion of the interview that contains that response.
- Questions - Displays each question and associated candidate response for the interview. If your interview allows question-level rating and review, you can use the Rating/Feedback section within each question tab to provide your feedback. If a review is required for a given question, there will be red text indicating it is required. A blue check mark next to the question indicates that the review for the question has been completed.
- Evaluating the candidate - Stars and Recommendation tools allow let you rate and review the candidate interview as a whole. You can also use the Overall Feedback/Comments field to provide more detailed information about your review. When you are finished, you can click Submit Feedback to complete your review.
2 - Job title and requisition number
Title and requisition number of the job for which the candidate is interviewing.
3 - Introduction video
Candidate's video response to the introduction question in the interview. You can choose to just play this video, or if you select the Play All check box below the video, you can play this video, followed by all of the candidate response videos.
4 - Responses
Table listing the interview questions that the candidate responded to along with their response. If a video response exists for the question, you can click the Play Video link in the Response column to view that video. If the question was a single- or multiple-select question, the candidate's response appears in the Response column.
5 - Related materials and submissions
Links that allow you to access materials (such as resumes and other documents) and submissions (such as on-demand interviews and assessments) related to candidates you are reviewing. By default, both hiring managers and recruiters have access to these links. This means that when recruiters invite hiring managers to review candidates, hiring managers can select the links to review previous interviews, assessments, and documents associated with the candidate without requiring recruiters to forward them each interview.
Note: By default, hiring managers are allowed to view related submissions. However, this feature is configurable and can be turned off for your organization. Contact your system administrator for more information.
6 - Action buttons
Buttons that allow you to perform actions based on where you are within the Review flow. While you are in the:
- Summary tab, you can either Save & Finish Later or Begin Review.
- Question tabs, you can either Save & Finish Later or move to the Next Question.
- Evaluating the Candidate tab, you can either Save & Finish Later or Submit Feedback.
