Events page
The Events page lets you view or create events, invite candidates, and view or edit your existing events. To access this page, click Scheduling on the main HireVue menu, and then select Events.
The following image displays the Events dashboard, and highlights areas of the page where you can perform actions.

1 - Create a new event
Opens the Event Manager page, where you can create a new event. For more information, see Create events.
2 - Invite candidates to an existing event
Opens a candidate selection window, where you can select the candidates that you want to invite to the event. Candidates receive an email invitation to self-schedule an interview. If Hirevue has a phone number for the candidate (and if they have not opted out of text communication), then candidates also receive a text invitation.
3 - Filter and sort event records
Lets you filter the records in the grid by any value. For example, if you type "E" in the Event Name filter field, the application displays all records where the event name contains an "E" (Expo, West Campus, etc.). If you type "Exp" in the Event Name filter field, the application displays all records where the event name contains the "Exp" string (Expo). In order for records to appear in the filter, the records must contain the exact string of letters and/or numbers typed into the filter field, in the order in which they are typed.
4 - Use the action menu to perform additional tasks
Lets you perform any of the following actions:
- Clone Event: Creates a copy of the selected event and saves it in the Events grid. When you clone an event, you copy everything from the original event into the new event. You can then edit the new event as needed.
- Reassign Recruiter: Opens a window where you can select a new recruiter to assign to the selected event. The name of the assigned recruiter is displayed on all interview invitations.

Archive/Unarchive: Lets you archive active events, or unarchive events that were previously archived. If you are viewing:
- Unarchived events, then the Archive option is visible, allowing you to archive selected events.
- Archived events, then the Unarchive option is visible, allowing you to add archived events back to the Events page.

View Archived/View Unarchived: Displays events that have been archived or unarchived. If you are viewing:
- Archived events, then the View Unarchived option is visible, allowing you to view all unarchived jobs.
- Unarchived events, then the View Archived option is visible, allowing to view all archived jobs.
- Export All Columns: Exports data from all columns (visible and hidden) in the selected grid to a .csv file and downloads it to your computer.
- Export Visible Columns: Exports data from all visible columns in the selected grid to a .csv file and downloads it to your computer.
- Edit Columns: Opens a window where you can select additional columns to add to the data grid. To remove columns from the grid, click the down arrow in the upper right of each column, and then from the drop-down, select Hide Column.
- Reset Columns: Resets the displayed columns to default settings.
5 - Edit events
Opens the event in edit mode, where you can add, change, or delete values for any of the available fields. For more information, see Create events.
6 - Review events and candidates
Opens the event review page, where you can view a snapshot of an event's interview activity in HireVue, and perform actions related to the event.
