Schedule Interview Page
The Schedule Interview page is where you manually schedule Live interviews between interviewers and candidates at specific dates and times.
With manual scheduling, you first coordinate an available interview time between interviewers and candidates, and then use the Schedule Interview page to schedule the interview and trigger the email invitation.
Below is an example of the Schedule Interview page. Areas of the page where you can perform actions are highlighted and described below.
1 - Interview type, interview stage, and job
Displays the interview type, stage, and the job for which you are scheduling the interview.
2 - Select interview date
Displays a calendar picker where you can select the date on which the interview will take place.
3 - Select your time zone
Displays a drop-down of available time zones.
4 - Account code
An open text field that you can use to track or report data specific to your organization. Account codes are only visible to HireVue users and are not displayed to candidates.
5 - Start time and end time
Displays a list where you can select the desired start time and end time for each interview time slot.
6 - Add interviewer
Lets you to add the email address of the interviewer you wish to invite to the interview.
7 - New time slot
Lets you add a new interview block (both time and interviewers) to be included in the interview.
8 - Interview Summary
Displays a summary of the interview details you've configured.
9 - Audio ( live video and live phone only)
Select the audio conferencing system you want to use for the interview.
10 - Invitation
Lets you add a custom subject line and message to the email calendar invitation that HireVue sends to the candidate and interview participants.
11 - Send Invite
HireVue emails a calendar invitation to both the candidate and the interviewers with the interview time, details, and any custom message and documents you configured.
