Duplicate a Realistic Job Preview

You can quickly create new Realistic Job Previews by duplicating, or copying, existing Realistic Job Previews. When you duplicate a Realistic Job Preview, Hirevue creates a copy of that Realistic Job Preview, retaining all of the content and settings of the original Realistic Job Preview, with the exception of name and tags.

To duplicate a Realistic Job Preview

  1. On the main Hirevue menu bar, select Resources and then from the drop-down menu, select Realistic Job Preview.
  2. On the Realistic Job Preview page, choose the action menu () on the Realistic Job Preview that you want to duplication, and then select Duplicate.

  3. On the Duplicate Realistic Job Preview page, enter or edit the following:

     

    Realistic Job Preview name (required)

    Name of the Realistic Job Preview that you are adding.

    Tag

    Select or type one or more identifiers that classify the Realistic Job Preview. You use tags when filtering Realistic Job Previews by category in the Realistic Job Preview page.

  4. Select Duplicate Realistic Job Preview. The new Realistic Job Preview opens in the Edit Realistic Job Preview page.
