The following image displays an example of the Realistic Job Preview page.
1 - Filter and sort
Filter or sort the records displayed in the grid.
- Narrow By - Filter the records displayed on the page by Realistic Job Preview name. For example, if you type "S" in the Narrow By filter field, the page displays all records where the Realistic Job Preview name contains an "S" (Seasonal Warehouse, Campus Job, Client Success, etc.). If you type "Sea" in the filter field, the page displays all records where the Realistic Job Preview name contains the "Sea" string (Seasonal Warehouse). In order for Realistic Job Previews to appear in the filter, they must contain the exact string of letters and/or numbers typed into the filter field, in the order in which they are typed.
- Filter by Tag - Filter Realistic Job Previews by their assigned tag. Tags are optional categories that you can assign when creating or editing a Realistic Job Preview. When you select a tag, then the Realistic Job Preview page displays only those Realistic Job Previews that are assigned the selected tag.
- Filter by Status - Filter Realistic Job Previews by their publication status. When you select a publication status, the page displays only those Realistic Job Previews with the selected status.

You can also select the action menu icon () in the upper corner of the card to expose a submenu, where you can perform the following actions:

Imported Realistic Job Previews open in Edit mode, which allows you to change the name and tags, and/or the contents of the imported preview.
For more information, see Export and import a Realistic Job Preview.
