AI scored language support

Note: AI scored, AI scored language support, and Languages are licensed features and may not be available for your application. Contact your Hirevue system administrator for more information.

With AI scored language support, you can use AI scored-Recommendations or AI scored-Ranked Recommendations in select non-US English speaking markets, such that you can use AI scored-scored questions in your country/countries of choice, in the supported language(s) and/or dialect(s) of your choice.

Working with languages in AI scored

When you create a new job, you set the language during job creation. This chosen language carries through to AI scored. Support is provided for 21 languages, though you must be licensed for each language you wish to use for AI scored translations. 

Note: The candidate sees the AI scored questions in the language defined in the job; the candidate answers in that language and their answers are then transcribed in that language.

Reviewing AI scored responses

On the review page, the reviewer will see the questions and responses in the job language selected during job creation.

Specifics:

  • The reviewer will replay (video/audio) or view (text) candidate responses in the Job Language (transcribed in the Job Language, if video/audio).
  • The reviewer will see question text in the Job Language and use criteria and rating scales in the same Job Language to conduct the review of the candidate.
  • The reviewer will see rating choice text in the same Job Language to score the candidate.

Note: If a candidate takes an AI scored assessment in a different language than the Job Language, it is not translated.
