AI scored
Note: AI scored is a licensed application feature and may not be available for your application. For more information about your specific application configuration, contact your system administrator.
AI scored uses artificial intelligence (AI) to evaluate and score interview responses submitted by candidates for On-Demand Video interviews. When licensed and configured at the application level, you can use AI scored in one of the following ways:
-
Recommendations: You can add questions from the AI scored Question Library to On-Demand video/web stages to help you evaluate candidates against defined job competencies. Candidate responses are transcribed and scored by AI models, and the scores and resulting recommendations are displayed on the Review page. You can use these recommendations to help you in making your final decision about whether to advance the candidate to the next stage. For more information, see AI scored recommendations.
Note: Before adding AI scored questions to a stage, you should ensure that you have a deep and thorough understanding of the job competencies required for each job, and how to match the right AI scored questions to the right role.
- Ranked Recommendations: You can create jobs using predefined AI scored job templates that use AI scored question sets and algorithms to rank candidates by interview performance score. AI scored Question Sets contain predefined sets of questions relevant to a wide variety of jobs that measure competencies critical to success for each job. AI scored Question Sets can be used alone or paired with non-AI questions within an On-Demand Video interview or Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) workflow. For more information, see AI scored ranked recommendations.
When AI scored questions are included in an stage, candidates invited to that stage are informed about the use of AI in the interview and how it benefits them. They are then given the opportunity to either opt out or consent to the use of AI.
Regardless of whether they consent or opt out, candidates have the same interview experience. However, only those candidates who consent to the use of AI will have their transcribed responses scored by the AI models, and the scores and resulting recommendations either displayed to recruiters and hiring managers when reviewing the candidate interview (Recommendations) or used to rank candidates by interview performance score (Ranked Recommendations).
For a side-by-side comparison of each AI scored feature, see AI scored comparison.
Note: If licensed, AI scored-Recommendations and AI scored-Ranked Recommendations now support multiple languages. For more information, see AI scored language support.
