AI scored comparison
AI scored is a Hirevue technology that powers the recommendations and ranked recommendation features. While there are elemental differences in the setup and workflow of these features, both features help recruiters and hiring managers make informed, non-biased evaluations of candidates. The following table provides a high-level summary of the differences between each approach. Creating Interview Stages |
You can select one or more AI scored scored questions from the AI scored question library to add to an On-Demand Video interview stage. Before performing this task, ensure that you have a deep and thorough understanding of the job competencies required for each job, and how to match the right AI scored questions to your role. |
You can create jobs from job templates that contain On-Demand Video interview stages pre-populated with AI scored question sets. AI scored Question Sets are sets of questions that measure competencies critical to success for particular jobs. AI scored Question Sets take the guesswork out of building and delivering the best interview questions for a job by allowing you to easily match a Question Set to the job for which you are hiring. |

Reordering AI scored questions |
You can arrange AI scored scored questions in any order within the interview stage, or even split questions between multiple stages within the job. |
Questions within each AI scored question sets are presented in a pre-determined order and cannot be reordered or split into different stages. |
