How to use AI scored in a job

The way in which you create a job using AI scored differs, depending on whether you are using recommendations or ranked recommendations. While both features leverage the benefits and technology of HireVue AI scored, they each require their own job setup.

If you are using:

• Recommendations, you create a job and the on-demand video stage to which you want to add questions from the AI scored question library. You can then add the AI scored questions that you want to use and invite candidates to the interview. For more information, see Add AI scored questions to an stage .
• Ranked Recommendations, you create a new job based on an existing AI scored job template. AI scored job templates use AI scored question sets, which are groups of AI scored questions centered around specific job competencies. For more information, see Create jobs using AI scored question sets.
