AI scored question library
The AI scored question library is a repository of scored questions that you can add to on-demand video stages when using recommendations. AI scored questions are associated with specific job competencies, and designed to evaluate candidate behaviors that predict employee success on the job.
Before adding AI scored questions to a stage, you should ensure that you have a deep and thorough understanding of the job competencies required for each job, and how to match the right AI scored questions to the right role. To obtain this information, Hirevue recommends that you gather input from hiring managers, perform a job analysis, and study the available questions and Hirevue job competencies to see which questions will be the best indicators of success on the job.

Working with the AI scored question library
You can select Add AI scored Question from within the Interview Questions panel of an on-demand video/web stage to open the AI scored Question Library panel.

You can use the filter field to filter questions by role, competency, and/or response type, and then select the questions that you want to add to the stage. Questions are presented to candidates in text format, however you can refer to the yellow audio/ text/ video indicators to the right of each question to make sure you are adding the right question for the response type that you want to use. Audio response questions require candidates to record their voice response to a question, while web/ video response types require that candidates record a video response.
Stages with scored questions can also contain non-scored questions from the application question library. Within stage settings, the Interview Questions area tags scored questions with the Automatically Scored label (below).
Once questions are added to the stage, you can reorder or delete the scored questions, or add new ones. For more information about the AI scored question library and how to use it when building AI scored stages, see the video below.
