Archive and Unarchive a Realistic Job Preview
Realistic Job Previews cannot be deleted, only archived. Archiving Realistic Job Previews allows you to remove the preview from view in the Realistic Job Preview page, making it unavailable for selection by recruiters when building on-demand web/video interviews. If you decide that you would like to reinstate the Realistic Job Preview, you can unarchive it, which makes it available for editing, publication, and recruiter use.
If the Realistic Job Preview is currently in use in an active stage when you attempt to archive it, the system will inform you of this and prompt you to remove it from the stage.
Note: You can view archived Realistic Job Previews by selecting the Archived Status on the Filter and Sort pane. For more information about using the filter, see Realistic Job Preview page.
