Realistic Job Preview publication status
Realistic Job Preview publication status is the label assigned to Realistic Job Previews to specify if and how they can be used. Draft and Archived statuses can be automatically and manually assigned. Published status is manually assigned when you want to publish the Realistic Job Preview and make it available for recruiter selection.
See the following links for more information about each publication status.
Draft
Indicates the Realistic Job Preview is still in development. Realistic Job Previews in Draft status appear in the Realistic Job Preview page, but are not available for selection by Recruiters when creating on-demand web/video stages.
Draft status can be manually assigned or automatically assigned when a Realistic Job Preview is:
- First created
- Unarchived
Published
Indicates the Realistic Job Preview is complete and available for use within the HireVue application. Published Realistic Job Previews appear in the Candidate experience Realistic Job Preview selection menu, and are available for selection by recruiters when creating on-demand web/video stages.
Archived
Indicates the Realistic Job Preview has been archived and removed from use. Archived Realistic Job Previews are still in the system, and can be unarchived at any time. However they do not appear in the Realistic Job Preview page unless the Archived filter is selected, nor are they visible in the Recruiter experience.
For more information about archiving Realistic Job Previews, see Archive and unarchive a Realistic Job Preview.
