Foyer

Interview foyers are pages that candidates visit prior to beginning their interviews. When candidates receive an invitation to an on-demand or live interview, they open the invitation email, and then click Begin to enter their foyer and begin their interview.

Foyers are designed and branded for your organization and contain the following elements: 

Log in

Lets candidates log in and out of their interview as required until they submit the interview. Candidates can either log in with their email and a password of their choosing, or with their LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google credentials.

Videos and images

Displays media files specific to your organization, designed to elevate your brand and enhance the candidate experience.

Resources

Links and documents that help the candidate prepare for and complete their interview. For example, candidates can use this area to access the interview tips and best practices, or to take a video interview tour.

Help

Links to the Hirevue Candidate Help Center, where candidates can quickly resolve problems, answer questions, and learn how to contact the Hirevue Support Team.

Foyer Settings

Choose Foyer Type

Select the foyer that you want to display to candidates as they enter this interview stage. This field only appears in the Candidate Experience panel if multiple foyers exist for the selected interview. If only one foyer exists, this field is hidden.
