Job Welcome Video

The job welcome video is a job-specific video that appears on the candidate Welcome page. The Welcome page is an optional page that you can choose to hide or display. When displayed, candidates can use this page to read more about the job for which they are applying, access additional resources, view the video, and begin their interview.

Use the Job Welcome Video area in the Candidate Experience panel to record or upload videos that describe the job, introduce hiring managers to candidates, and showcase your employer brand.

Job Welcome Video Settings

Display welcome page

Select if you want to display the welcome page and videos to candidates at the beginning of their On-Demand Video interview. If this option is not selected, candidates will begin their interview immediately after clicking the link in their invitation email. Candidate interview content is based on client licensing and job configuration.

Record

Click to record a new video. When you are ready to begin, click Start. You can record and re-record as many times as necessary until you are satisfied with your video.

Upload

Upload a previously-recorded video. Browse to the file that you want to upload and then click Upload.

You can upload or record videos up to 100MB in the following formats: flv, .asf, .qt, .mov, .mpeg, .avi, .wmv, .mp4, .m4v, .3gp, .vob, .webm
