How can I export information about my candidates and jobs?

There are a couple of different ways to export job and candidate data from your Hirevue application. You can download a data export from Hirevue's reporting platform, Analytics. You can also navigate to the On-Demand and Live interview pages via the Hirevue dashboard and download data exports from those pages. Either of these methods provide you with all of your candidate and job data. Analytics provides you with graphical representations of your data as well.

To export data from Analytics

1. From the main menu, select Reporting > Analytics.
2. On the Analytics page, select Filter and add all desired filters to the data.
3. Click the Action menu (...), and then select Queue Export.
4. Select the appropriate report to export and Queue Export.
5. On the Data Exports page, download your export.

To export data via the dashboard interview pages

1. Navigate to your Hirevue dashboard.
2. Scroll down to the Resources section of the dashboard. Choose the On-Demand or Live tab.
3. Choose the interview type.
4. On the resulting interview page, filter the data as needed.
5. Click the Action menu (), and then select Export All Columns.
6. The export will download to your device. Repeat the process for different interview types as necessary.
